Read only account for some one

I have been out of the FW-1 business for about a year.  I thought with FW-1
you could assign an administrator to the firewall that only had read access.
This read access would allow them to view the firewall rule base and the log
viewer only.  Is this correct or am I completely wrong?  Thanks.
