Ross,
   I thoroughly checked Cisco's website and it looks like you are s.o.l.
Their parts page mentions that an '=' at the end of a part description means
it is available seperately. It also says that you can buy a 520 chassis. It
also says the 520 ships with rack-mount hardware. I draw the conclusion you
need to order a whole new chassis. In other words, that part ain't available
(supposedly).
  fastest fix based on the diagram here
(http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/pcat/241.htm) would be to get some
generic rails to bolt to the rack and then set the PIX-520 on them

the only Cisco part that even comes close (other than the whole chassis) is
part# ACC-5.0-PIX

one other thing I found was this http://www.sys.ba/glpnew/glpr61.htm. go
down to the section labeled Miscellaneous Cables and Accessories. the very
first item listed there is     ACS-NPRM= (19in Rack Mount Kit for 4000) $100
   (you'll notice the = sign I mentioned earlier). this is the only other
option you may have
