Remedy access through FW-1

We are "attempting" to run Remedy through our FW for internet access.  Has
any one tried this and if so what success or failures did you have.  I am
new to the list and I am not sure if this question has already been
addressed.  We are running v4.0 on Nokia and Remedy v3.2.1.  Any insight
would be greatly appreciated.
