PIX to Check Point Firewall Help

Hi,

Has anyone worked with a PIX Firewall and a Check Point Firewall to create a
VPN between the two.

PIX 5.0.3 (IPSEC 56 bit) to Checkpoint Firewall 1

I have questions on, if it will work? And if there are any resources youcan point me to.
