Napster topic has been discussed there in details recently.
Short resume - to block it you need proxy server with DENY BY DEFAULT 
policy. Otherwise it'll find a way.

Hi all;
I know this has been answered many times, however I failed to pay attention
to it.
Alot of users in my organization are using Napster for extremely long
periods; how would I go about blocking their access so users could not
access their music files etc?

Any help/comments/webpages would be appreciated!
