Hi, If your firewalls are proxy-based why would you need a traffic shaper on the outside? Each external proxy connection is terminated individually at the firewall that made it. It has been proposed to place this device (of which I have no experience) on the dirty side of internet facing firewalls to achieve firewall load balancing.
