No.  This would be a violation of the agreement they entered into when
they got their copies.

It should be pretty easy to get your reverse DNS working correctly.
That's the proper way to do it.  And then all sorts of other FTP and
HTTP sites will become available to you.  ;-)

The Firewall TOOLKIT is really a toolkit for the construction of a
firewall by experienced network personnel.  Such personnel should be
able to fix the DNS, or know where to ask to find out how.  ;-]
