Where to get Officer Friendly....

Please excuse my ignorance I am new, but I keep hearing about this product
Back Officer Friendly..... could some one tell me where I could get this
tool?  I would be interested in loading onto my machine at home that is
attached to a Cable Modem, and also evaluating it for use here at the
comapny.
