IP encapsulation

IPX packets can be carried by IP. how ?

we need to connect one novell network to another one
via the internet with firewalls to be crossed at 
each location

  network1---FW------INTERNET-------FW-----network2

what is the software that encapsulates the IPX packets
inside the IP ?

also is there a software that does IP in IP encapsulation.

please email me asap. also any other relevant info
is welcome.
