Firewall-1 and Exchange Server

I am currently running Microsoft Exchange Server behind Microsoft Proxy
Server. In the near future I plan to add Firewall-1 to the mix and would
appreciate some suggestions on the following:

Should I leave MS Proxy intact and put Firewall-1 between it and the
Internet or should I replace MS Proxy w/ Firewall-1??

What are the key advantages of each setup?
