What tunneling [single-system software VPN] products can be set to
require this?  We've been looking, but found only one that claims to do
this AND reliably does so.  Yes, I do realize that so many new such
products have sprung up, that we might have missed one.  The one that
we found uses "unpublished Microsoft API extensions" and is a pain to
install in the field.
