This is quite doable under BIND8 (see www.isc.org).  One of the goals of
changing the configuration file was to allow BIND to act in "split-horizon"
mode.  Check out "allow-query" under zones (and acl's) for how to do it at
http://www.isc.org/bind8/config.html.
