Re: Disabling/Purging Student Accounts

We remove student accounts the day the student system says they are no longer active.

This places the responsibility and control with the system of record to decide when a student is cut off.

**** EXTERNAL EMAIL ****

Wow, I didn't realize how strict we are compared to others.

We disable all students not expected to return 2 months after graduation.

We are currently reviewing our Student login account, such as desktops and other commonly used systems, retention
policy. We currently allow for several years and are considering something along the lines of one year after
graduation/last class taken. I am curious as to what others have as their retention policy, and if there are any
delineations.
