Re: Microsoft MFA "Deny" Timeout

They shouldn’t get permanently locked out if they hit deny. I’ve done it on my own account and never been locked out 
permanently. All I have to do is close the application or browser window and login again. That said, there may be a 
setting I am unaware of in O365 configuration.

Subject: [SECURITY] Microsoft MFA "Deny" Timeout

I’m probably being stupid, but we are having issues with users that inadvertently hit deny when getting prompted from 
the Microsoft Authenticator app getting locked out and having to call the service desk to get their account re-enabled. 
 I know that DUO has a timeout.  Is there a configurable one in Microsoft?
