Cool opportunity!

  1. Authenticate your lives: How to authenticate or validate news and information (e.g. political discourse, fake
news, etc.). How to avoid being fooled/misled. I was speaking to an undergrad the other day who had never heard of
the ‘four newspapers of reference.’

  1. Worst case planning: What would you do differently if you knew your technology was going to be
hacked/compromised next week? Because at some point – it probably will.

Good afternoon colleagues,
I have an opportunity to engage undergrad students in a single zoom session – introducing them to 3 cyber security
literacy topics. I thought I would leveraage the brainpower of the HE community to hear what top 3 topics you would
focus on if given this opportunity.

Thank you!

Cathy
