RTM Higher Ed Congress??

I'm probably showing my naiveté here, but has anyone ever dealt with the RTM Business Group Higher Ed Congresses?

Are these worthwhile? Are they sketchy? Are they marketing/networking schemes?

I can't find a lot about them except on the RTM site(s), so I'm curious if anyone has more information.

Help a relative newbie filter out the noise! :)
