Data ethics training for employees

Hey all, just wondering if any of you have come across data ethics training
for employees as part of an employee security awareness program - as both a
way to prevent data breaches and mitigate any damage.

I've been asked to create something for a University client and wanted to
get sense of what's being done currently, if anything.
