Our deprovisioning process kicks in when their student record goes inactive in our student information system. This is generally after two consecutive semesters of not being registered for classes. mandi Mandi Witkovsky Manager of Security and Identity Purdue University Fort Wayne witkovsm () pfw edu -----Original Message----- From: The EDUCAUSE Security Community Group Listserv <SECURITY () LISTSERV EDUCAUSE EDU> On Behalf Of George J. After a student leaves your university (graduates, withdrawals, etc) do you deactivate their account? Regards, George ---------------------------------------------------------------- George J.
