Joey, Not sure if you have import/export controls office. Encryption is controlled by import export laws. We've been informed that certain VPN's may sometimes help " get around" the technical controls put in place by the China government but I'm also interested to hear about any ethical concerns with helping implement solutions to "get around" international laws. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
