Hello All,



If your University is using Medatrax or other external similar cloud-based arrangement to record and maintain complex 
student clinical criteria, would you please let me know if you have a contractual agreement in place with Medatrax?



Also, in order to not reinvent the wheel, if your University has a standard data sharing agreement template, I would 
appreciate it if you would send me a copy.
