Tracy and Keenan,

I would recommend at looking at an identity management solution. If you use an IDP you can have all authentication 
requests go through the IDP and enforce multi-factor authentication at a single point. You can also auto provision and 
de-provision users as well on 365. But it's Sunday! This is Monday's work :)
