Senior Network Security Engineer Position

Hi all, UCSD is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer with expertise in firewall, VPN, NIDS/NIPS, SIEM, application proxies, load balancers, etc. The position is responsible for designing, deploying and managing the core campus network security infrastructure. We have a number of major projects lined up for this year, including the design and deployment of a campus-wide network firewall infrastructure as well as VPN, SIEM and DDOS deployments. Our Security team has recently undergone a reorganization and has added new talent and resources that have us well-positioned to elevate the security program at UCSD.
