We are in the process of moving from a local password management solution to LastPass Enterprise and securing it with Duo and Yubikey integration. We felt it was the best way to share passwords with greater granularity and security. I know there are a number of ways to skin this cat, but I want to make sure passwords are on a need to know basis but there is some ultimate override available to upper management or other person we designate in an emergency. I've looked at Thycrotic's Secret Server (http://thycotic.com/products/secret-server/), which is what I'm looking for, but wanted other options, experiences, etc from those who have used these systems.
