Support Desk Policy?

 Since we are on the policy bandwagon, quick question.

If a student/faculty/staff need to drop off their computer,  do you have local admin access?  If not, do you ask for 
their pword and then reset it (when the work is completed)?

The student computers are not college-owned but the facstaff computers are....
