MBS Bookstore System, Tokenization, Affect on SAQ?

MBS is pushing a tokenization capability to avoid storing PAN data on the MBS server.  Has any institution been able to 
report at SAQ C as a result?  If so, I would like to talk with you please.  Please respond to me directly, off-list.
