The CERIAS Security Seminar has been going since 1992, with speakers from all over coming in once a week to give talks on a variety of security, privacy & cybercrime subjects. Some are advanced research and some are quite applied. The last 5 or 6 years worth are digitized and available as downloadable (free) webcasts. They are also available from a number of aggregators, including iTunes. Each one is about 50 minutes long. The seminar casts are used in college courses around the world, are used for in-house training at a number of major companies, and can be counted for CPE credit for several of the major certifications. You can find the master list and links at http://www.cerias.purdue.edu/secsem/
