IPv4 endgame is here...

Hi,

FWIW, APNIC has received two more /8's, triggering the IPv4
endgame scenario (e.g., the last five /8's will shortly get 
dealt out, one to each of ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC and AFRINIC)
