Generally this requires a subpoena submitted to Google, then they will
respond with the information requested in the subpoena (including the IP
address of the individual that was logged on at the specified time).
Assuming that the IP address doesn't resolve to a NAT at a coffee shop (good
luck), or to a University IP Address (hopefully you have a system that can
tell you who was there), you can then use additional subpoenas to determine
subscriber information from an ISP.
