I kept on researching about this topic,it seems there are some tools , namely information classification tools, to 
automate digging in organization information contained in file servers,database servers and classification of  these 
results based on metadata information which has been discovered during the process such as file permissions and 
ownership.
I found this would be efficient and start point for indexing organization data.However cost of this kind of solutions 
seems to be prohibitive.
has anyone been in contact with this kind of solutions?
