We're doing it during new employee orientation. The talk takes twenty minutes and hits the highlights - including individual accountability, not sharing accounts, HITECH Act, etc. They are also given a hand-out with much of the same information and a pointer to an online Security Awareness Training series (10 modules, 5-10 minutes each). Does your organization do this? Who manages and develops it? Todd A.
