Re: Problems with New Thawte Certificate Management Web Site?

Could someone explain the IPSCA certs having a problem starting 12-31? We have a bunch of ISPSCA ones and this
definitely has me concerned. I usually am able to crawl my way through deploying SSL certs but definitely do not
understand all of it and could use an explanation. Thanks!

Bloody Hell!! I struck struck this this morning :(

As Andy says, your username is still your email address but UPPER CASE. My old password would not work so I had to go
through the "I have forgotten my password" dance to get it reset. I found this out after going through the chat
support and then calling US on the phone.

The new site is a vast improvement (you can now export a list of certs!!!) but the uppercase Username/email is
seriously weird (bug??).

And don't forget to take caps lock off when you have finished typing your email address;)

While on the topic of SSL Certs I have just, today, decided to start renewing all our IPSCA Certs because the Cert they
used to sign all these certificates expires on Dec 31st. I.e. the bits will loose their magic in the new year. Thank
heavens we have just signed up with AusCERT and have another source of Certs. The thought of coughing up another
$13,000 to Thawte really hurts!

Anyone else having problems with the new site that went up yesterday?
I can't login and one of our technical officers only sees the ACME
account when they login.
