Disaster Recovery Plan implementation

For those of you in security, to what extent is your involvement with your institution’s disaster recovery plan?  Were  
you in charge of creating the DR plan and then received input from management, were you in charge of forming a DR 
committee to create the plan, have a DR project manager or a full-time Director of BC/DR, etc.
