I agree with Carl Ness of Iowa regarding micropayments to large music distributors.

 

As an operator of an Internet Exchange I can't see paying an anti-competitive market force.  How are payments 
determined?  Who gets the money? Who doesn't?  Anybody remember the bundling of MS-DOS?
