I agree with Carl Ness of Iowa regarding micropayments to large music distributors. As an operator of an Internet Exchange I can't see paying an anti-competitive market force. How are payments determined? Who gets the money? Who doesn't? Anybody remember the bundling of MS-DOS? http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/03/28/griffin_wmg_p2p_deal/ (original reference) http://blog.wired.com/business/2008/12/warner-music-gr.html Don Westlight Manager Network Engineering, OHSU.EDU Director, NWAX.NET
