Web-based Self-Service Windows Password Reset Solution That Integrates With Banner

Hi All,

 

We need to implement complex passwords for our users.  Is anyone able to
recommend a web-based solution that allows students/faculty/staff to
reset their Windows passwords and synchronize this change with their
Banner (Sunguard's unified collegiate administration suite) passwords?  

 

For those of you who use Banner, are your users' Windows domain (or
Novell/etc.) and Banner passwords the same?  If they are different, why?

 

How do you deliver the passwords to new students/faculty/staff?
