Packet Sentry: Thoughts and opinions?

I am curious if any schools have used Packet Sentry (from Packet Motion)
devices to monitor activity occurring on your network, file servers, etc?
If you can share me your thoughts and opinions about the device, then I
would appreciate your feedback.  If you chose another product other than
Packet Sentry, what product did you choose and why?
