Enterprise Vault

Has anyone succesfully deployed Enteprise Vault and if so, are there any
user Guidelnes on preparing indivual user Outlook Mailbox before actually
actiating the software?

We have found that msot people get all the way to eh point of installing the
software, but neve ractivate it because they feel the prep work is too
daunting.
