heads up: Paper Submission! scam

One of our faculty received the email below (from gmail so no useful info or originating IP) In spite of clumsy English, etc a paper was submitted. The response was a request for $950 "handling fee". A subsequent email which basically asked how much they were willing to pay was sent from Nigeria.
