CampusBackup.org and similar remote backup options

Hi all!

We discovered today that a part of our student housing services
contracted with a third-party remote backup company for student
computers in the resident halls. They're advertising a company called
campusbackup.org -

Has anyone had any experience with this?

On the face of it, I see lots of potential problems, which aren't made
better by the fact that I'm having trouble reliably getting to the site
today.
