Texas State University (~27,000 students; ~3,000 faculty and staff) has
an IT Security Office.  The Director of IT Policy and Security reports
to the CIO.  The Information Security Analyst and one part time student
worker report to the Director.

If you all don't mind, how many of you have a dedicated, full-time IT
Security office, where does it report, and how is it staffed? This would
not include those of you (and your staff) who wear security as one of
