For what it's worth, my browser substituted '%20' for each of the
spaces, thus:

which seemed to work.

Alas, for me it's not working at all--there are spaces between IR and
'resource' and 'documents', and I don't think that's permissible html.
Wayne State (meaning me, primarily) is also working on a policy/process,
which I'll be glad to share once we have something a little more concrete.
