   This week there were a few letters to the EDUCAUSE
CIO list about this. Apparently there is another round
of letters going out (at least one person mentioned a
Dec. 1 deadline).

   There is an archive of list items at
http://listserv.educause.edu/archives/cio.html
that I think is open and the first item listed
for October was the "Acacia Media Technologies and
DMT patent license terms" thread.
