Our secure access is discussed on the page

<http://www.columbia.edu/acis/news/secure-prots-11-2004.html>

We also run a VPN service for people requiring secure access to various administrative functions from home.

I am not sure if that is what you are asking about though .. do you mean secure access to core systems (email, ftp,
financial, etc.)or are you speaking about
access to their files and desktops from off campus?

. We have faculty that are pushing more and more for remote access, but we do not have the manpower to support it.
Just curious if others are experiencing
the same issues.
