PDA and Mobile Security - What is possible, what are people doing

We have a push for use of Blackberrys, and PDAs for sync'ing with Email. I
have posted a question from a policy standpoint to the EDUCAUSE Institute
for Computer Policy and Law (ICPL) list.

From a technology and process standpoint, what are people doing with PDAs
and email? Anyone allow confidential information on PDAs? How is it
secured? Access control? Encryption?

Digital Trust makes PDA firewalls and VPN, anyone with any experience there?

Just trying to get a handle on this.

Jim
