My staff and I implemented them.
 
We had this problem with the older version of the OS (1.0) that came with the InterSpects.  After upgrading to 2.0 it 
fixed the issue and we have had no downtime since.

        We have had nothing but bad results here. The servers freeze up even
        when they are off line.  Did you implement these yourself?
