All,
Has anyone heard from their banks about getting certified to accept Visa or
MasterCard under their respective electronic security programs?

Both Bank Card Associations have  major push to get all payment processors,
gateways, and merchants (those that take credit cards) to adhere to security
standards. There are deadlines and penalties for non compliance.

I raise this question because most if not all of the colleges and
universities accept credit cards as forms of payment for tuition and
services.
