2-factor AuthN for ERP Apps

We're looking for very specific information here.  (A) Who out there has deployed 2-factor AuthN for their primary ERP 
apps and (B) who has successfully done it for SCT Banner ver. 6?  

Item B is what we're seeking out but item A is of interest, especially if it's an Oracle-based app.
