Wanted: specialized secure browser for on-line exams

A recent security audit of our on-line testing and assessment
computer lab uncovered a number of security holes. These will
be fairly easy to correct.

It was also suggested that the lab use a specialized Web browser;
one that "takes over" the desk top and has reduced functionality
that prevents opening separate windows, minimizing, printing, etc...

I've located one such specialized browser called Perception
at "http://www.questionmark.com/us/perception/psb.htm";.  I'll
ask the center to evaluated it. Does anyone know of other such
specialized Web browsers?

How do other institutions conduct Web based exams and testing
in a secure (cheat resistant) manner?
