LeSandra, A useful source is the Chronicle of Higher Education, a weekly hard-copy publication that has a daily (M-F) online version, the IT-focused portions of which are free to all: http://chronicle.com/ Educause has lots of other good information online, in addition to Educause Review, including Educause Quarterly, sundry conference proceedings, et al.
