Jessica Lynn Koch was arrested on Wednesday. Sr. Deputy David Wagner says his investigation revealed that starting in 2009, Koch used company funds to pay her personal bills. She was the bookkeeper for Bear Electric in Donald from 2006 to 2012. On several occasions, deputies say Koch used a company credit card to pay her bills online. On other occasions, she added her personal utility bills to the company's utility bills when she sent in payments using a company check. Thefts from the three-year period were discovered shortly after she left the company in June. The company estimates $3,200 was taken. Koch does not have a criminal record. She was cited for 31 counts of identity theft, two counts of theft-1 and 11 counts of computer crime. She will appear in the Marion County Circuit Court on Feb. 6.
