...Cathy "Pumpkin" McClain, 41, was charged with grand larceny, ID
theft and scheming to defraud patients at Brandywyne Healthcare
Center, a nursing home in Winter Haven. Authorities said McClain used
her position and access to patient files to collect people's personal
information and send it via text message to Derail Bess, 29, of
Davenport.

...According to the affidavit, 32 of the victims suffer from dementia
and one from Alzheimer's disease.
